1. Information We Collect

Your local profile (name, email, and salted password verifier) and cart are stored in your browser. Checkout fields remain in page memory and are not submitted. Information you send by email is received by our support mailbox. Our hosting and DNS providers process technical request data such as IP address and browser type.

2. How We Use Information

We use information sent to support to answer your questions and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies

We use browser local storage to maintain your cart, local profile, and storage notice preference. No tracking or analytics cookies are used at this time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the website (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers) under appropriate data protection agreements.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use Alibaba Cloud for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and email forwarding, Gmail for support correspondence, and Brevo for outbound support email. Product images may be loaded from the Shopify content delivery network.

6. Payment Card Security (PCI DSS)

Online payments are not yet enabled. No payment card information is collected or processed. Payment marks are for display only.

7. Data Retention

Local profile and cart data remain in this browser until deleted. Use Delete my profile on the account page or clear this site’s browser data. There is no server account database or cross-device recovery. Contact support to request deletion of information you sent by email.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Data Breach Response

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with applicable laws. Notifications will include the nature of the breach and steps you can take to protect yourself.

10. Your Rights Under CCPA and CPRA

California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information is collected; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) request correction of inaccurate information; (d) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; (e) limit use of sensitive personal information. 11. Do Not Track Signals

We respect Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. Since we do not use tracking or analytics cookies, DNT does not change our current practices. If we add analytics in the future, we will honor DNT signals.

12. Sale of Personal Information Definition

Under CCPA, “sale” is broadly defined. We do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA. The “Do Not Sell My Info” link in the footer is provided as a transparency measure. You can exercise your rights at any time by contacting us.

13. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM)

We do not currently offer newsletter registration. Contacting support does not enroll you in marketing emails.

15. Analytics

We do not currently use analytics tools. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms.

16. International Users

We ship only within the United States and do not intentionally target users outside the US. If you access the website from outside the US, your information is still subject to US privacy laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website.

18. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
