Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (US Only)

ERIC MAVORA INC ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping methods: Standard ($$7.95, 3-7 business days), Expedited ($$19.95, 2-3 business days), Overnight ($$34.95, 1 business day). Rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Free Shipping Threshold

Orders totaling $$75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping applies only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

5. PO Box Delivery

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Select standard shipping at checkout for PO Box delivery. Oversized items may not be eligible for PO Box delivery.

6. APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may vary based on the destination. Please allow extra time for delivery to overseas military bases.

7. Hawaii & Alaska Surcharges

Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska incur a surcharge of $10 for standard shipping and $20 for expedited shipping. Overnight shipping to HI/AK is not available.

8. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.

9. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@ericmavora.com within 30 days of the ship date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement or refund.

10. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

11. International Shipping
