Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

Garden tools are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Seeds are covered by a 30-day germination warranty — if seeds fail to germinate under proper growing conditions, contact us within 30 days for a replacement.

2. Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear, or accidental damage.

3. Non-Covered Items

The following are not covered: damage from improper use, modification or alteration, cosmetic scratches or dents, rust from improper storage, and consumable items such as soil, fertilizer, and seed starting mix.

4. Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@ericmavora.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

5. Remedy

If the warranty claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Replacement items may be a different model if the original is no longer available.

6. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

7. Extended Warranty

For select garden tools, a 90-day extended warranty may be available at the time of purchase. Check the product page for eligibility.

8. Limitations

This warranty is in addition to, not in lieu of, any rights you may have under applicable state laws. Some states do not allow limitations on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
